Removing Suntan Lotion from Power Wagon Paint???

Well long story short have some spots on truck bed which are spotted with suntan lotion. I've come across the recommendation to use autoglym paint renovator to get them out. Not sure how easy that product is to come by. Anyone else have suggestions on other products to try?
