Need a night shot of that light bar. I'm really digging it, though. I might have to get one when I convert to the OCF bumper.

Got the arb hooked up last night and working. Nice to have a locker that locks anytime anywhere quickly. Will have to wire the front soon also now that my switches are in. Also fixed the air leaks I had in the system now it only actuates the compressor once maybe every forty minutes. Seems to really be seeled well! Just have to figure out a route for my 5 gallon tank.

I keep just splicing into IGN wires behind the air conditioning and the voltage is to low to work with the blower motor on lol it seems to be working okay man I am getting crazy axle wrap on the smallest amount if slick surface with it locked up and the new gears she's just got to much jam for 30psi in the tires lol so far so good tho it's Deffinately working nicely! I got my locker switches that you sent me tim and decided to use the one you sent for the front rather then the new one I had bought but used a green backlit led still so it's easy to tell a front locker (green) from the rear (blue) also got my amber led bar switch in just need to wire that. I'm still struggling with driveline vibes tho with hubs locked their pretty loud and violent sounding at speeds in excess of 60mph so I've been highway driving with no hubs locked I think I'm going to invest in a t case turn because I drained t case fluid and it looks fine and my t case bearings all feel fine when rotated by hand. Same with wheel bearings etc! I'll add some pictures in a bit. I basically routed the line over firewall under hvac filter housing to around abs module where I then followed brake lines untill I hit the leaf spring area where I cross back up and over the frame above the factory brake line brackets so the air line follows the brake lines path of travel to the axle the last five feet of air line I encased in a a protective sheeth I got for wire loom which is thick and should help with abrasions also added a quick connect in easy reach above leaf springs so I can swap line out in a hurry if I do get a puncture

Looking good lee! I like that airline reel, is there a way to keep it from flopping around in boogie mode?

yes! I just have to make a quick pin set up for it as you can see there's a hole molded into the plastic for something like a latch or something in the top pic. Probably just going to tack a small stud on there and use a rubber grommet and maybe a trailer pin to release it when I need it. Or figure out another latching system. Also going to look into a different tonneau cover eventually as well as mine is on it's last legs

thanks man I was torn between doing it this way or jamming everything in a box like super wagon did which looks nice and clean as well but this turned out okay. I'll just have to keep an eye out for the drain valve and snagging it on anything like twigs or something. It sits abouts 3" higher then the lowest point on the trailer hitch so I think it will be okay but not 100% sure.

Really wanted a drain because I've heard that air lockers really don't like moisture in the system

Also use a desiccant drier on the intake of the filter for the air comp to hopefully purify the air that much more.

ya man lol this was 60$ I think like 50' of airline is more money than that so I couldn't beat the deal and it gave me this idea! I really like the way it turned out but I'll seriously admit that I fucked up in the fact that my tonneau latches go in this exact spot and latch under the bed rails lol so after it was all mounted I was like god dammit I need a new tonneau cover now. Something like a hard back flip would be nice. Also got a 2.5 ton steel aluminum floor jack I will be bed mounting along with a spare mount somehow also on for 100$ off this weekend. Can't decide if I want to do a bed cage with a spare holder mounted upright or flush in the bed. Flush is out of site and looks nice and is easy to just add a new mount to my new cross member I'm building but takes up a lot of space.... Upright looks pretty bad ass but I hve to take it out for winter time normally to close the tonneau and also build a bar system to hold it properly.

Question.. I have an ARB locker kit on the front of my crawler (dodge) I have never had an issue with water? Is there a way to do any preventative maintenance on the compressor/lines/etc. to check for moisture, or water intrusion?

Pull a line on the lowest part of the system to see if there's any water in there. The easiest way to prevent it is drain the tanks fully after every or every couple days if the system is staying charged. A drier is an easy thing to add on the air intake or in line to your main storage tank to dry the air of any moisture normally you can get one time use filters for a few bucks at harbour freight or princess auto and they have 1/4" npt threaded ends so they can go infront of most other components or filters! I can't see it being that huge of an issue unless the air line got so much water in it it froze.... I would think pulling the air locker line every once in awhile and actuating the compressor to blow out any water in the line.

The white thing below my filter is a drier filter from princess auto a two pack was 5$ figure the best way to maintain would be to make the air in coming to the system as dry as possible. Also have a drain valve somewhere on your main tanks! Usually there like two bucks with 1/4" npt threads!
