Yes, that is the Max Steel color. Depending on the light it could be blue, gray, black or a combination of them. The flakes in the paint really shine in the light. Pictures just don't give it justice.

Hey everybody. I've always loved Power Wagons and I finally bought one. It's the first brand new vehicle I've ever bought for myself. I love it so far(450 miles). The Ram Box is awesome.
I've got the Mufflex muffler and a set of Move bumpers ordered already. I'm a welder/ fabricator by trade and I'm planning to build a set of nerf bars and some kind of over the cab rack as well, though probably not until spring. I'm debating saving up for a set of 35x10.50 Swamper SSRs. I really prefer tall, narrow tires.

more about this raceing carChromolykid wrote:Hey there, long-time lurker finally joining the forum here because I just ordered a 2016 PW in Maximum Steel and can't wait to take delivery sometime before Christmas. Been looking at these trucks for years and finally pulled the trigger on one. I'm a BNSF conductor out of Los Angeles and prep/drive for a professional desert racing team with what little free time railroading allows. Also grew up exploring all things lost in the Mojave Desert, my grandpa maintained AT&T microwave stations via helicopter and passed along years of knowledge of places unseen and unmapped. The PW will be used to reach remote desert locations and occasionally tow the race car pictured below. I look forward to sharing some adventures with you all as well as learning anything there is to know about my dream truck. Cheers!

What would you like to know? It's a Class 3000 (Class 1 Lite) car with 20" of wheel travel at each corner, driven by a 2.2 Ecotec mated to a CVT and gear-reduction box. It weighs 2,000 pounds and has a top speed of about 105. It's won 2 championships and will be up for sale soon, in the process of a full race prep right now. A couple videos posted below of the car in action:2wagons1driveway wrote:more about this raceing car

Re: "Welcome Thread"
Just bought it and I am in love. I have to research what is after market or not and made by whom. Has a 4 (?) inch lift and is running 37x12.50x18 tires on black wheels. Nice Flowmaster after cat system that sounds deep and powerful without being obnoxiously load. Paint code not found yet. I would call it Metal Flake Gloss Olive Drab. Going to HAVE to add steps. Most likely the powered ones that tuck out of the way so I can wheel it in these NE Pennsylvania hills and coal strippings. Will add an A.R.E cap so I can put guns, ammo, tools, luggage, etc. out of the weather. 2nd Mopar truck for me. The 1997 had 175,000 when I sold it to the neighbor's son and all I ever changed besides regular maintenance items were the water pump, radiator and crank sensor. That was 4 years ago and he's still wheeling it hard. The pics are from the dealer's lot as I haven't even taken my own pics yet.

Thanks for the welcomes and compliments on the truck. Hey Firerescue, I notice N. Whales as your local. I worked at the Rotelle's warehouse down near there for 10 years before it closed down. Small world. To anyone who knows where the closed Paragon wheeling park is, I live a couple of miles away from there. vanished, you'll have to explain the "river rat" reference.

Hello to the members here. I am the new owner of a 2012 PW. No mods yet, but plan to level or mild lift with 35s. Looking at aux. lighting and possibly bumpers. I have looked through past posts and will be looking through more to get caught up on information and opinions of what to do and what not to do.
