So, I went to the Dodge dealer today, to inquire why almost 2 1/2 months have gone by & no one has called me telling me my parts are in & & i can make an appointment to get my truck fixed. They had NOTHING. No parts were ordered. I kept calm (which is VERY hard for me to do with this level of incompetence) & asked why. Again, they had NOTHING. So, the service manager went to parts to try & sort this out. I waited for 30 min. Nothing. Along comes the owner of the dealer. I smiled & said hi. He asked how i was doing. I said, ehh, OK i guess. He inquired why just ok, so i told him. He said this was unacceptable & i agreed. He said if i don't get some satisfaction soon to come find him personally. After he leaves, the service guy comes back. Said my front pinion seal will be in tomorrow, but they are gonna have to "diagnose the flashing locker problem". I said you already did, when i drove in with my camper hooked up 2 1/2 months ago, 13 codes & one was powertrain control module. He said they have no record of that (of course not, maybe because-the part is $500). So, it looks like i may have to hook up to camper & drive over 100 miles just to get it to do it again !!!

I also had to give him the part #'s for the transfer case position sensor & the rear locker module, again, that i got from this website.
I did not swear, yell or scream. I remained calm, cool & collected.
Now i feel like shit. I should have cussed those mother f*****s out, yelled & screamed. I think i would at least feel better, LOL
Friday morning for front pinion seal. My bet: they will say "can not duplicate problem."
