They don't make any at all.

Then what are these ???

Would they work ? Manifolds are not exactly headers but don't they bolt to block in the same place ?

The manifold studs and bolts are several different lenghts on our motors. Some of them are double-ended, with a stud protruding from the head to mount heat shields and other accessories.

The bolts in a typical header kit are all the same length. You need the OEM lengths for 2 reasons- the manifold casting thickness is not the same at each hole by design, and the hole in the head is blind, so if you use a bolt the is too long it will bottom out.

So why couldn't a guy just get good bolts that are all the same size as stock just a better quality and ditch the heat sheild or mount it another way

I suppose you could, if you(truly)ceramic coat the exhaust manifolds to eliminate the need for a heat shield...
I was only showing the stock setup for comparisons, hahaha!

Those bolts are an odd mix of configurations, so probably hard to match up without going through a Dodge parts department. I have not seen it, but was told there is a TSB that specifies "do not use anti-seize." Was also told that the new bolt pack from the dealer contains better bolts than what they used in '05. True? Who knows?

My truck now has all new exhaust bolts on the passenger side and a new exhaust manifold. My original had a slight warp to it and did not want to seat properly, cured by a new $140 casting. And I still have the complete set of driver's side bolts for the next failure. Damn truck is getting expensive.

Recently had to deal with this myself, one broken on each head. Removed manifolds and soaked the broken studs in kroil then reverse drill and easy outs. Was only a few hours of work. Since they were off I had the manifolds and heat shields ceramic coated. Can hold my hand an inch away from the darn thing while it's running now, made a huge difference.

If you're going to do headers skip arp and do stage8 locking fasteners. They have them specifically for the hemi.

I just used the newer oem hardware because the cast flange is much thicker than a header flange. You can order straight from them or jegs/summit etc. I use stage8 spindle nuts on my hub conversion and it's 1000x better than anything else. They make really good stuff
