I'm still in but am having trouble getting organized to coordinate this event. My life is just too busy and chaotic right now. I would gladly hand over the logistics to others if someone were to take it up. When we get further into winter I could be more active in planning this trip! Sorry guy's! I probably seem flakey but I'm not. Just soooo much going on right now!

Once you guys get your dates down. I would get your camping spots quick. They fill up quick. I was lucky to get a spot this year. Thanks to Coast to Coast, I got a spot for my motorhome at Portal RV Resort.

This is where I stayed last time pretty nice. I know people like the condos. Just need to make a decision so I can reserve my spot next month. Just want to be where everyone else is hanging out at for after hours and easier to get rolling in the morning for logistics. Thanks for any input. If nothing then I'm staying at the place in this text. Thanks

I have been delinquent on the forum for quite a while now...I am pretty sure I will make this happen. Don't know if the wife and dog will make it out and don't know if I can make it for an entire week....but count me in for right now...I'll be camping (probably at the http://moabrvresorts.com/canyonlands/ it is right across from the Moab Brewery)

May 2nd thru the 8th are the dates still correct. And now where does everyone want to stay. Like I said in flexible. Just would like to stay where majority of everyone else is for meeting everyone and relaxing in the evenings with a few cold ones.

Will have to retract my spot... getting into a legal battle and will have to sell off most of my stuff, hopefully will be keeping the PW for now tho. I'm helping my photographer friends this weekend with their grand opening and will talk with them to see if they will still be in the area for any photo ops.

Want to book my stuff before thanksgiving if possible to make sure I got a spot and rates are cheaper. Plus know how much out of pocket for lodging. I'm hoping to be there Saturday thru Thursday morning. Then hit the road back home. Want to be back in Texas by Friday evening to spend the weekend with wife and kids before I go back to work. If they were coming I would stay longer but they are in school and wife is a teacher.

I checked the prices and it should be about $150 for a tent spot for 4 nights....

I am definitely in but sleeping a tent for a week would kill my back. I will probably set myself up in a hotel. Just let me know where everyone else is at so I can try to find one nearby the rest of the group.

I'm shooting for getting a cabin but maybe hotel or condo. Less stuff to haul if I don't camp (blankets, pillow, tent, mattress, etc) I want to get there and go straight to having a good time. Lol

I think we already decided on Rockers RV resort. I want to get one of the cabins. If anyone else is getting a cabin maybe we can get a few next to each other to use as the official "camping" spot for the evenings activity!

I warn you though, apparently I snore like a grizzly bear so you may not want to be near me! LOL

I am definitely game for staying in the same park...last year I camped in an empty parking space at Lief 's condo one night and spent the other 2 nights in two different camp grounds.

I just looked and they have bout 5 cabins open right now. Looks like all the RV sites are full already. There must be another event happening that weekend. I stayed in a large cabin last year which was nice but wanted to stay in a cottAge this year since it has it's own shower and bathroom. The large has a queen, full, and bunks. That's what I stayed in last time with my wife and 3 kids. Since it's just me and my uncle this year I was hoping to get a cottage. But if everyone wants to stay somewhere else let me know because I'm booking with in the next 4 weeks for sure. You can always change later if plAns change but gotta reserve something in advance. Too bad we couldn't find a big house to rent and chip in on it. Any suggestions?
