I feel sorry for the newer guys. Last union meeting, body cams were being discussed as well as making the male/female officer ratio 50/50, because it is a female prison. They think that every male MUST be guilty of some sort of abuse, so more female staff are going to be forced to work there. Also were talking about using foul language.
I would be destined to be fired for my language, in short order, for sure !!! People in charge have forgot that the people doing time are the worse people on the planet & are in there for unspeakable things, yet they treat us like shit, so me, being the fine person that i am, treated & talked to them like they treated & talked to me. I am quite sure the 
would approve of that !!! The pussification of America is alive & well.............................But I am no longer a part of that rat race !!!
