I have the truxxx 1.5 inch leveling kit in my 2015 Power Wagon. My coil springs are bowing a lot similar to what is seen in the original post install pictures but bowing even more, is this normal? Is the castor just way off and can be adjusted / aligned back to correct? If not what is the fix for this?

No issues after this much time? I'll be ordering a kit soon if you haven't had issues!

You may as well put in Thuren diesel coils. Or wait a little bit for gas coils.

Loosing flexy with diesel coils is something I'm not looking for.

Thuren diesel coils are softer than your OEM PW springs.

Does anyone know how much longer will the Thuren gas coils be over stocK?

There is actually a thread with some speculation on it, but no one ever posted if it was definitive. ReloaderGuy left it up in the air for someone to buy the coils and find out.

That's a question for Don but I assume 2.75" over a stock 2500.

That's because I'm waiting for gas coils. They're coming.

I too am waiting for the gas coils. There was a guy on the facebook group that put thuren diesel coils on his radius arm wagon and slapped on 37s on the stock wheels without any rubbing and incredible articulation. If I remember correctly he got a solid 2.5" of suspension lift over stock PW height so around 4" of suspension lift when compared to a stock 2500 Hemi. I'm sure the springs will settle a bit too.

I am pretty pumped that 35s and 37s seem to bolt on to the radius arm trucks without much (any?) modification. Seems like if you stay with the 12.5" wide tires or less and level the truck out, the radius arm bolts are not a problem.

Like the original thread, 2.5" over stock is more than I want. I want to bring the front up an inch. That should do it for me. Thus my original thought and comment on this thread. I'm not going bigger than 35-inch tires.

I am of the same opinion - add an inch to the front and 35s to gain a bit of clearance but still maintain driveability and towing. Maybe some air bags for the travel trailer. I'm hopeful that the thuren hemi coils will be just the ticket...

Its 2.5" over a stock ram... probably 3/4" over a PW.

I am fairly certain that it is 2.5" over stock PW. The guy who had thuren diesel coils was about 45" from ground to fender (he had 37s too) and for comparison, another truck with 37s on stock PW suspension measured 42 1/2" ground to fender...the diesel coils are designed to lift the 2500 diesel by 2.75" according to thuren and apparently they will lift a hemi almost 4" due to the weight difference.

For comparison, my totally stock PW on the 33" duratracs is about 41" from ground to fender with 55psi in the tires.

Mine arrived in the mail today, $160 + shipping. Not bad. Pieces are well made steel parts that appear stout enough to handle some decent abuse.

Measuring from the ground to the fender is inaccurate at best. If I air my tires to 65 PSI the truck will sit an inch higher. Most reports are the Thuren Diesel coils give gas trucks 3.5" over stock or 1.5" over a Power Wagon. To properly measure the lift change you should measure from the bump stop cup lip to the axle strike face.

i dont apply fully (cummins) but I had a leveling kit before lift. It...was...horrible...sell the truck horrible if I didn't fix it the wife said horrible. Curious to see how this turns out.

Edit: forgot I also didn't have shock extensions. Might be a reason why it was so. So. Bad..

Love the spacer kit, shock ext are mandatory, that's why the other dude here hated his, he ramrodded his shocks.

Ole Yeller is right, I'm having a really hard time deciding on either 35 or 37, then which tire I want to run.

KO2 is a great snow tire and it is very quiet compared to duratracs on road. I installed the 315's and now im trying to figure how I can get a 5th in the spare location.
