Next it's getting a set of 37x12.50s and some custom nerf bars, then maybe a healthy dose of beadliner.

Wow very nice! Who built your rack? That's on my list of stuff for this year. I've got the ram boxes too.

I built the rack myself. It is attached via heavy duty ratchet straps to the tie downs in the bed. I glued 1" closed cell foam rubber to the underside of the "feet" that rest on the bed corners to help evenly distribute the weight and to prevent the rack from sliding around.

That's pretty clever. I like that it is easily removable. If you don't mind, post a few more detailed pics of it.

The cross bars that the tent is attached to are 1.5" .125" wall square tubing and the rest is 2" .125" wall square tube.

Thanks. I'm a weldor/fabricator by trade. I put the bumpers together from a Move Bumpers kit too. It took some work to fab custom mounts that bolt in place of the tow hooks since the winch is in the way of the standard mounts.

You made the bumper too?! Is the winch still in the factory cradle, or did it move out with the bumper?

Great work Wirebrush. A little jealous. Part of my plans are to do like you. I saw the AEV Ram with Ram Boxes and roof topper, and have been wanting to build a custom rack myself to do the same.

Really like how you dropped it low to keep the wind resistance down. Any plans to add a bed slide or anything?

The winch is in the factory mount. I cut a little larger opening in the Move Bumper which gives me room to get my hand on the gear engagement lever on the winch and plenty of clearance for the winch rope.

I was looking into building a bed slide until I found this company: http://www.slide-master.com/products/166-bedslide I'd be hard pressed to build a better one for less. When I swap to 37" tires I'll probably add Tire-gate or custom build a hitch gate.

We've had the Power Wagon for about two weeks now. In that time, I've managed to get most of my basic mods done. But today we did something we really wanted to do, and that is test the lockers and suspension, see how she really does off road.

Took her out to Borax Wash at Lake Mead and did some exploring.

 Our previous truck doesn't even compare to this truck. We started off overly cautious, to find a lot of things that made us nervous in the 1500 weren't even phasing the PW. Now we just need to get up to Moab.

Yesterday we drove up to Moapa Valley to do some exploring on the Logandale Trail System. Really beautiful area, some serious off road stuff for everyone at every level. http://offroadtrailguide.com/logandale-trail-system/

Bigger than expected, multiple trails and no cell signal. So we kind of wandered around. A few places I really wanted to try. I walked the trail and figured the PW should be able to manage but I'd run the risk of denting a rocker panel. I'm motivated now to get those sliders.
