If you have ever been in one or been near one, then you'll get it. They're not loud tires, they just sound the same as a B52 taking off as you accelerate. They make a real clean/ soft tone down the road.

Oh lol. I never noticed when I had them in 35's on my truck. Mind you I was never outside and my engine is a bit louder

Alright, I've seen through all kinds of shit tonight and the PW is simply a bad mo fo no matter what tires. Mine are about worn out and have surprised the shit out of me.
2010 with 37" hooves, controlled by numerous Thuren parts and Thuren Custom King 2.5's (Moved to a new home)

I've been told these are really great for gravel and loose stuff including sand even. I think guys stud them as well for snow and they do okay. They truthfully look like a hand cut trophy truck tire lol I just wish I could get them 39" Toyos that bj Baldwin runs on his truck or even a 39" grabber!!! On a 17 of course

You can buy race spec toyo mt's in 39x13.50r17 from Robbie Gordon's wheel website. Only $534 a piece lol

I didn't notice any tire noise on the way back from getting them mounted yesterday, wasn't really paying that much attention though.

Truck is currently under the knife, trimming the rear of the front fenders for turning clearance, pinch weld, inner fender and my new flares :(. But other than that everything clears by more than I thought at normal height. I'll be compressing suspension and checking that once I get ride height trimmed up. It looks badass though, don't think I could have picked a better tire/wheel combo as far as looks are concerned, also changed the entire height/stance/overall look of the truck by a huge margin. Looks feels like a new truck now, makes me smile even more than I did before everytime I look at it and know it's my truck.

I'll snap a few pics later before I put it back in the shop.
