As our economies crumble, as unemployment goes over 20% it is going to get much worse. I had my LED light bar stolen a few months back. I replaced it but put JB weld over the nuts to help prevent it being done again. I now also lock my steering wheel too, as well as put a dark gray beach towel covering my dash to hide anything that might tempt them. It is getting really bad now. They sell your stuff on Craig's list and at swap meets.

Ya I am surprised it happened I live in a good well lit neighborhood!

Deffinately have to keep my good offroading stuff in the truck hidden well under the floor or inside the house.... Started working on ideas how to mount my jack. Pulled the wheels off and the swivel casters just have to make an aluminum base for it and some sort of quick mounts for it just can't decide what part of the bed I want to put it in. The opposite side of the swivel reel is looking good somewhere close to the tailgate but out of the way....

Also need to figure out a spare set up....

These decisions are haunting me! Lol

No totally not for the 120$ worth of stuff I won't bother!

Just have to order a new arb next time I'm getting stuff from four wheel parts I'm looking into t case index rings now so that will probably be at the same time

I'm still not believing it could be tcase. While your on the highway and the vibration starts put your hand on the shift lever. And vary your speed into and out of that vibration area. If it is tcase you will feel it in that shift lever. It will be very obvious. You should feel almost no noticeable vibrations. If you are then something is shaking your tcase. If you feel a weird almost grinding feeling (and if you do you will know what I mean) then it could be chain. The bearings could feel perfectly fine and spin nice but they could still be going bad. Or your chain has stretched and the slack is causing problems. I don't think indexing will be your solution. Just more future long term issues with oiling internally. Great for a rock crawler mud truck but a daily driver. I would hesitate

I was told that on the 4th gen with the OEM drive line you can do one of two things either get a 3rd gen driveshaft and hope it works or get an index ring. There are simply no other options for the 4th gen. If it were me I would do the index ring to make my driveshaft live longer.

^ this is my thoughts to. Everything else has been done and I don't want to go to a smaller driveshaft realistically... Plus I can always rebuild the t case afterwards if I require or get a dropped version t case and further mod the cross member if I need to.

I was thinking that also with the oiling but it has an internal pump so as long as the pump still stays lubricated should be fine. I an always overfill it a few ml also as much as people hate that I don't think it will cause an issue unless I take it overboard

The pick up tube for the oil pump is on the low side of the case once it's been clocked down, I can't see you having oiling problems from an index ring install.

Yep the oil pickup is on the low driver side. You can see the line in the back half of the tcase. But here u can see the inside. You don't have a tcase skid or won't after you index it. I can't remember if u tossed it yet. Should make some protection for it. And maybe make a brace. Or you will end up with a stripped tranny output if the bolts holding the case to the tranny let lose. Ask me how I know

I don't know if anyone with an insanely lifted heavy rig like yours has ever ran an indexed t case and jumped it like you do. I'd definitely be keeping and eye on it.

Hells ya! I will probably notching my lower coil buckets on the axle out alittle so they won't ever have the chance to bang an end cap on full compression no matter what the articulation or speed of compression. Looks like they forgot to put stud rings in the box so I may have to re use Carli stud rings or have don and Aaron send me some up! So stoked to see the rears....

And I can't wait to see some droop out of these leafs! The 3" ones are capable of 19" of travel so I'm hoping these will pull 18" with no shocks and 16" with new shocks!
