Colibri, all you'd need would be the delrin rollers themselves with the the exact dimensions and reuse the bushings and rods...

It would be nice to see if the 4G is the same and they just have not cross referenced the new PN on the 4G to the 3G. I have found this to be an issue with all manufacturers. The part is the same but it is through a different supplier so it did not get cross-referenced. But in reality the sub-assemblies are the same even if the mount has changed to a different size to fit a different frame.

So if it is the same then the problem is solved if I recall they were not at all expensive to get from the dealer for a 3G when they were available.

What about ordering some from Warn that are known to be too long and just having a machine shop shorten them? If the bore is the same, shortening and chamfering the ends should be cheap.

I can't measure mine because the truck is back in the shop, but there may be something in the Warn parts list that is longer than our OEM rollers. Can't make Warn parts longer but you can always make them shorter to get the right size if the diameter and the bores are suitable.

I don't have a PW but it seems the horizontal rollers are longer and the vertical ones are shorter than normally available fairleads....

They're not the same, the H's are longer and the V's are shorter and I believe the diameter is smaller also. Even after wearing out my factory wire rope, I sanded and polished mine and have been using synthetic rope for years with no issues at all. However, instead of new/different rollers, I'd be interested in an aluminum hawse fairlead. That would be an easier part to machine...

That's exactly it I believe. Can buy short sides and make them shorter but nothing is long enough for the main rollers.
Just ordered a factor55 hawse fairlead. Going to try to make a hawse adapter bracket that bolts to the cradle with 1/2" gr8 hardware through the roller shaft holes.

That is what I'm doing. Have the f55 fairlead and going to to machine/fabricate an adapter for the winch mount as well as clear the Carli/Creative Fab bumper. I'd like it to integrate and fit seamlessly as if it were meant that way.

The roller fair lead on the pw is actually backwards to most conventional rollers as the short verticals are on the inside instead of the outside. Which is why the horizontal rollers are longer.

I wonder if you went to delrin rollers with the stock pins if they would be strong enough or if the long rollers would bend when they had a vertical load on them especially with the line near the middle of the rollers?
It would probably be easier to remove the rollers and go with an adaptor for a hawse type fairlead that would bolt in in place of the 2 long rollers. That way you could also space the hawse slightly farther ahead to keep the synthetic line from contacting any sharp edges on the chrome bumper.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with pit slave, I'm about to start building a front bumper based off of pattonfab horns and am trying to integrate the winch cradle and fairlead as seemlessly as possible as well.
I was also beginning to think delrin might deflect on the longer rollers under heavy load. Hawse seems better way to go for sure.

Hahaha that's great. However in this instance my masterpull xd is over twice the strength at the same diameter as the oem steel rope and about a 1/4 the weight. As far as I know it's the best line available at this time. Does that make my wagon metrosexual? Lol

I like my Amsteel also, especially when you can roll it up like an extension cord and throw it.

The PN for the rollers are...

5143198-AA Horizontal roller kit (requires 2 ea at $20.05 each)

5143199-AA Vertical roller kit (requires 2 ea at $6.43 each)

Shipping was $13.95

They are still available still but by special order only. They come with the pin, 2 bushings, e-clip and the roller.

My horizontal roller kits just came in today. My vertical rollers were undamaged so I didn't order any.
