Well I was on my way home from the gym yesterday and I saw an gravel pile. Well I decided to drive over it (why not?) well in both 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive I was stuck(pretty good I might add). Luckily, I my lockers functioned flawlessly. On my way out of the parking lot I snapped a few picks of the sway bar disconnected and the truck flexing.

I would have unlocked it. Do you know if the button need to be pushed everytime you shut the motor off even though you are in 4 -hi or 4-lo upon restart?

The swaybar disconnect will only work in 4Hi, or 4Lo (up to around 15 mph). When you're in four wheel drive, just push the disconnect button. If you exceed the 15 mph limit, it will lock itself back up. When you want to go back to 2WD, just push the button to lock it back in place, then switch over to 2WD.

Seems like a lot of button pushing but that makes sense. That drop into the "truck eating bush" really wasn't that deep so I was surprised that I had a little counterbalance going...

In order to post pics from your iPad, iPhone or android, you will need the Tapatalk app. It is compatible with this forum and many others.

Do you mean tow hook or winch hook? I have a feeling you mean winch. I think the dealer would do it during prep, but it's only a pin and cotter pin. I would just do it.

Bill85---nice truck, nice lift.

Ramicon---Why pay them to do something that takes less than 60 seconds ? Do it yourself.
