A guy I knew a few years ago (loved his fords) asked me why do I want to drive a Mexican pop can. Sure...insult my dodge products. Today I took the dog out to a creek and had a Pepsi. Then I looked at the color and it made me laugh out loud!

Got my wheels mounted. In case y'all aren't aware, 2014 and up the wheel studs and lugs changed to a metric. So if you gentlemen with the 13 and older get the newer wheels somewhere, don't bother with the lug nuts, you'll need to go aftermarket. Got the correct ones coming Monday, so I can mount the centre caps.

I feel kinda stupid. I just now figured out how to find the sticky thread using the tapatalk app. Don't use it that much so I'm still figuring things out, lol. Anyway here's a few I added to my build thread last week. Crawled up the local levee in the snow to test out the lockers.

Good to know. I will be back at the dealership Monday, and ask when the change took place then, and post up. The lug nuts they sold me were for the earlier wheel, so I could run the centre cap, but there was no way they were fitting. And when I was at the dealership, we had a heck of a time finding a lug nut to work. I let you know what I find out tomorrow.

Getting nerdy in the woods after a day of sledding... testing a cellular amplifier for work. Image
Had a hell of a time testing it in the lab. So, boss said "Hey Mule, going to the mountains this weekend? Dumb question, right... hey, take this contraption along and see how it works."
Log-periodic antenna on the tripod, zBoost repeater in the truck. Went from over -100dBm and barely able to hold a connection (1 bar if i was lucky), to -50dBm and fairly reliable signal (4/5 bars). I may have to get one of these for myself.

Image

And thank you I-70 traffic, for being the reason I have a nicer "home theater" in my truck than I do at home.

No mods for the wagon. Got to pay off the sled first! Wife keeps giving me the " too many toys" lecture. Challenger needs new rims and tires. That's just necessity!!!!! Might have to get rid of her. Lol!
