Hey 05, How the hell have you been? Yes, I am selling the ENTIRE set up to include EVERYTHING needed to use it. The HF steering pump, the PSC steering gear, the PSC RAM, all hoses, brackets, etc.etc. AND the complete Thuren High Steer kit to include ALL the hardware etc.etc. (tie rod, drag link, all heims, grade 8 bolts etc.etc.

SMOKING deal if you ask me LOL

got more shit done today. Cleaned up the frame, cut it further back, added 1/4" plate steel to stiffen it up.. Cleaned up all the old brackets, Cleaned up the rear axle and install the upper brackets etc.etc.

Tom I will install the upper and lower triangulated links and will have them welded in and tested. Setting up the new shocks to run a 60/40 set up with the ability to go 70/30 for hardcore rock crawling AND will have the ability to turn them up to hit a 40/60 for desert running if I choose.

The tube work for the truggy will be done by Friday. I will keep ya'll updated with pics

Do ANY of ya'll know if they make a disk brake conversion bracket for the 11.5/10.5 AAM rear axle that will put the brake calipers on the top of the wheel instead of the bottom rear??? Im ALWAYS breaking the freakin calipers on the rocks

gettin' it done... ALL angles/anti-squat,COG, parallel 80/20, pinion angles etc.etc.etc. DIALED IN!!!!!!!!! Pain in the freaking ass!!!!!!!!! But LOVE the results.... off to bend some tube and get this bitch DONE!!!!!!!!!!!

first pic was an accident of my kids.. sorry.

the rear looks tall in the photos, but that is NOT ride height.. It is about 4" too tall, and the rear axle is not in postion, it will slide back about 3".. The truck set at ride height looks PERFECT!!!!!!!!

Finished the rear truggy. Plated in the rear Trug off the frame. Completed the V supports and tire carrier cross supports/. Items left:

1) Torch off the factory rear brake caliper brackets and move to the top of the axle/rotor and re-weld
2) Brake lines)
3) Wiring for the rear squat Winch and Rear LED/brake lights
4) Install and Fab up shock mounts???????JUST WAITING ON THE FREAKING SHOCKS!!!!!!!!!!! 3 weeks for KING to build them

I am just lost for words to describe how awesome this build is! Oh and I've been busy with a lot of things lately so finding time to even maintain my truck has been slim.

Yea, builds like this get very few comments out of me. I just like to sit back and watch as people turn there perfectly good wagon into a fully blown trail rig. And only wish I had the time and money to do the same to mine.

Oh I doubt people are uninterested, I think most of us are just in awe of what you are doing!!!! I can only dream of having the money/time/skills to do what you get to do from a wheeling standpoint! Keep posting as this is great reading!

Never think we aren't watching and drooling! It's a good thing I have a rubicon to beat on, and build, or my brand new wagon would be getting beat on!!! Hey Fellas,,, Just got back from Maryland from the Army/Navy Football game. A pleasant surprise to see these comments when I got home tonight. THank YOU!!!! Its tough to take the time to post up the photos and progress when you dont get many responses, as I try to keep our community of Powerwagons up to spec with the changes and mods of these great vehicles... I performed this conversion in my driveway as we are in the middle of moving warehouses (as we just sold our other one) so the only thing to do was to do it in the driveway so I didnt lose parts etc. I paid off my neighbors (HOA association) with a shit ton of cold beer and included them on the transformation, so that they didnt feel the need to call the damn HOA on me LOLOLOLOLOL ..Needless to say, every night last week was a group of guys (with NO mechanical skills) admiring a truck over MANY cold beers, I think the wives were happy to get the husbands out of the house in the evenings, and they all got to see some cool fab work going on. I had to do it quickly as to not get too much attention from any of the other "hater" neighbors... a lot more crawling around on the concrete in the driveway as opposed to having it on a lift,,,,but I swear I think it was easier to dial in the 4 link when it was stationary on the ground. I have NEVER measured ANYTHING more in my life as to get the links geometry correct, and to work it in with the software program design. I have about 6 hours left of work to do as soon as the shocks arrive to dial them in and get them mounted.

A HUGE thanks for the comments, it is re-motivating to see you all being as excited as I am about this conversion...As we are the only forum that TRULY does convert these bad ass trucks into the most BAD ASS TRAIL RIGS on the ENTIRE internet, soley devoted to PW's The wealth of information on this site, will breed a CRAZY generation of trail rigs..

Thanks again,,, It will be a few weeks till the shocks arrive, but I will post pics of the finished product when complete, and video's of when I go beat the fuck out of her to test my welding skillzz

Mall crawler ROFLAO!!!! Funny shit, I get asked all the time about the dents and scratches and the snorkel but number 1 why don't I have wide rims that stick two feet out of the fenders it would look better, lol I say it's not a mall crawler and they give this weird look like what does that mean lol. So I like your mall crawler keep this build going. When I can ever afford it I want to do a coil rear suspension with custom tube bed on mine but it's gonna be a while lol

Mall Crawler LOLOLOLOLOL It is actually named the "Trail Slut" this is my 3rd Trail Slut buggy I have built,,, I received the name from my wheeling crew years ago,, Because of my wheeling style,,, They always said,,,"damn dude,, that was a fucking crazy line,,,,you drive that thing like its your little bitch!!!!!! I responed "yea, She is my little Slut.... and then the name was born "TRAIL SLUT"
