Post by Twinsrdabest » Tue Jun 03, 2014 11:58 am

Hey guys / Gals,

Ordered my PowerWagon on April* 22nd anxiously awaiting its arrival to my dealership here in Oregon. Wanted to say hey and love the site. I've been stalking it quite daily haha. my truck is currently is or has been shipped to vendor supply for something, not sure what that means but hopefully it should be done soon! Any way look forward to reading more and I will take lots of pictures of everything when it comes in :) -Drew

I got the Laramie model. No sunroof because i don't fit in the ram trucks with them, i got the rambox though kinda excited about those, spray in bed liner, remote start, nav, overhead lamps and I think few other goodies can't remember off the top of my head. But I'm pretty excited this being my first brand new rig.

Damn, how big are you? I can get in my PW with a hard hat on!

I only do what the majority of the 4 voices in my head tell me to. In most cases, I ignore two of them because one doesn't speak English, and I suspect the other is talking to someone else.

I'm 6'6'' and 285lbs i sit up straight too so i guess i could always lean the seat back but since I've been in a few auto accidents it is uncomfortable to sit leaning back rather than straight up :)

Sorry to hear that Man...that you'll now be broke! Poor gas mileage...repairs, mods, mods...mods...repair again, all the while dumping endless amounts of gas into the "black hole". But it sure is fun getting dirty...WELCOME HOME!

Based on what I know about 3 & 4 Gen PW's nothing additional is really required. Obviously the new front and rear suspension aren't out yet but, the truck is already lifted and the factory rims will work fine for 35"'s.

Just what I have been told. Don't know from experience but, Toyo MTs are some of the widest 35's out there. So you might end up with some front fender and control arm rub.
2005 Black Pow Wagon mods: DT Profab Steering Brace, Gibson superflow catback single exhaust system, Locker Bypass, Moog ball joints (see how long they last), New OEM track bar bushings, T-steering upgrade w/ Bilstein 5100 steering damper, Power everything, Heated leather seats, (keeps the better half happy), Rear window defrost, Bilstein 5100 shocks, 35x12.5x17 Toyo AT2 Extremes, Customized H2 alloy wheels, Original rock rails with family friendly steps welded on, Tri fold tonneau, Hi-lift extreme jack, Tool box along with all the essential PW gear.
