I really like that flippac.

rovertrader - Did you notice any slipping or scuffing issues with the support legs on the front of the truck when everything was open?

If your up for something a little different I might suggest what I did...
a Bethany Pickupper camper from the mid 70's!

I've got a pressure water system, a two burner stove, forced air furnace, space for a porta potty, 4" thick futon beds on each side, combo microwave/broiler...
Best feature of all... A FULL HEIGHT DOOR!
The thing has a crazy amount of room inside, picture a pop up camper in the bed of the truck.

Weight is about 900 lbs fully loaded.

I can find one on the MN craigs list nearly every month for less than $1000

Just saying, you might want to check it out...

i posted this on DT and got my picture back lol. it think its what you were talking about, all the sides open up, and makes for a nice camping shell. it took out the tool racks and that took some weight off. i use it for hunting and sleeping on the trail. i found it on craigslist for 100 bucks and couldnt pass up the offer.
