NV Camping since 2006

I’ve been watching these idiots explore old abandoned underground mines on Utube. I thought “I’m just as big an idiot as them, I could do that”… I couldn’t get any of my non-idiot friends to buy in, so off I went to a spot 20 ENE of Walker lake NV. There are lots of mines in the area and I found one that a 65 yr old could make it into called the Gold Pen Mine. I spent a week out in NV going to some other mines too. I’ll put some drone video links up and a video from inside the old gold mine. I was a bit nervous going in, and didn’t get my iphone started till I was about done. Then got it turned sideways, so tilt your head. The core samples at the Simon were something I haven’t come across before and the shaft is big enough to drive a PW into and goes 800’ straight down.
