FS Soon 2006 Quad Cab PW - Looking for inputs

So very likely going to be putting my PW up for sale here in a couple months once I get back stateside. Never thought I'd do it, but while researching out a new Thuren Suspension set up combined with the lack of power when towing, especially that I noticed this last cross country move I've decided to put it up for sale and start dumping my money into a newer Cummins.

I'm looking for any inputs on what the thoughts are on a fair beginning asking price is, at times hard to determine the market value on these...combine that with having just recently moved to Southern California where I can't even begin to guess what something might be worth...I want to make sure I don't price myself to high.

82,000 miles
BDS 4" long arm lift kit
37x13.5x17 Interco M16 Tires - 75% tread left

Also has a thuren draglink and track bar along with dynatrac free spin hubs...but honestly thinking about swapping those parts between the PW and the new truck. Unless its someone on here, I highly doubt that those items will be able to increase my asking price any significant amount.
Truck runs great, all fluids just recently changed along with all the spark plugs. Would love to keep it but just makes more sense to me to start building up a newer more powerful truck.
