Is it still the same design, or has there been design changes? Do you have all the hardware? Will this work with a 2009 OE steering box? If so I'll take her!

same design as far as I know, yes hardware there.
According to their website fits 3rd & 4th gen

What year's the truck you were going to put this on? It may be the wrong sector shaft for a 2009...or what size is the sector shaft nut for?
