It means that your truck has the newer CAN-BUS system that won't allow the use of the factory dash switches to control the sway bar bypass.

It will work with a dedicated rocker switch that I provide with the system. Here's a picture of what the amber rocker switch looks like installed in the dash.

If you don't want to drill a 20mm hole in your dash, I provide an under-dash mounting bezel, seen in the upper left corner of this image.

I guess it kinda sucks that Ram nannyfied it that far. Regarding drilling that panel on my dash, I have no fear. I already put 2 KC light switches there. It's pretty much the perfect little panel to put aux switches.
