Feel free to post your tool failures here.

So here's my tool fail of the day. This one should come as no shock to you that it was bought at that "discount tool" retailer. Don't trust your knuckles to their extensions. I would like to think this was from my brute strength, but it gave out way too easy...this is a half inch extension. Look closely...Image

The chinese doesn't have a clue on how to heat treat metal. It's either to soft, or too hard.
