Are you talking about the 5 running/marker lights across the roof of the cab or the daytime running lights?

The lighting features for your truck are discussed starting on page 71 of the owners manual. If you don't have an owners manual, you can download it here:
https://www.mopar.com/en-us/my-vehicle/ ... anual.html
The DRL's are on page 73. If you live in Canada the DRL's are mandatory and can't be turned off. If you want to take a trip to the dealer, they might be able to use the factory scan tool to change the BCM settings. It might require changing the country code for your truck. I'm currently running a Mexico country code on my truck that allows me to have my fog lights and high beams on at the same time. It also eliminates the annoying feature of accidentally bumping your turn signal lever and having them flash 3 times.
The bed light features are explained on pages 77 & 78.
The other option is to start cutting wires and installing your own switches separate from the BCM. The safest way to do that is to interrupt the ground side of the circuit.
Welcome to the forum!

You have to buy the printed OM from MOPAR. Ram Brand owners site has a digital version, which can be downloaded. All you got most likely was a "quick start" manual that doesn't tell you anything. I think Alpha OBD will disable the DRLs. The bed lights are another matter. As eluded to earlier, you may need to break the circuit with a switch for the bed lights. I haven't researched Alpha OBD enough and whether disabling the bed lights are an option.

The digital age has all but made printed material obsolete.
