Power Wagon Registry

I have had the typical flashing locker light on my 05 for years and I'm going to try and set the air gap and see if it helps. My question is how do you energize the locker to set the gap if the lockers wont engage? Do you just run wires from the trucks batteries and hook them up to the positive and negative leads on the plug on the rear differential?

I believe the gap is set in the unlocked position, but have no idea what it's supposed to be. Your best option is to hardwire the lockers. You can unplug the switch and live with the SERV4WD light or get a the bypass kit from Retired BLM Rig
