This will make building them and installation much easier and provide better water tightness.

First shipment came in yesterday. 1600 pins and 260 connectors! I'm expecting 2500' of wire today and 25 boxes and 1500' of wire loom tomorrow. This weekend I'll pull the kit from my truck, take down all the measurements, and start laying some harnesses.

I'm still waiting on the relays from China which will hopefully be here in the next couple weeks. I hope to have a majority of the harnesses done before that point and be able to start shipping out early December. I don't know how long it will take to build each harness and wire up each box yet. There's about 50 pins to be crimped for each kit! I'm glad I bought some nice ratchet crimpers, they make it pretty easy and turn out oem quality crimps.

I'm building 25 this first run. I'm sure I'll be able to take care of you when the time comes.

I'll also be digging into the 3rd gens before too long. Everything in the box should work for 3rd gens but there will be a slightly different harness to interface with the oem knob. I'll need some help once that times comes since I don't have a test vehicle... I wish one of you were near Tulsa!

There is a 3G in Joplin... probably not on here but I have seen him on the road. If I catch him I will have a chat about the site and the fact you could use a test bed if you'd like.

I've seen two 3rd gens in the area but they are both stock and I doubt they would be interested. The probably don't even use the lockers...

As my wife and daughter tells me all the time "You're a big dumb rock" I would have already dumped that box over as I find myself doing it all the time with my tackle box while sitting on the bank of the pond in about 2' of grass

Great work on this upgrade, I need to think about this now.

So let see, I have the locker by-pass from five years ago still on the truck which I am having no issues with, and because of my rear locker going bad I also installed toggle switches to both front and rear lockers, so at least I have lockers in the front now. What is another upgrade going to do... Right? At some point I need to take a step back and take one of them off and just keep one as I think with all the upgrades currently on "OX" I might be causing some of my own issues which made the rear locker go bad in the first place :jawdrop:

I took mine out today, cut the harnesses to the proper lengths, took measurements, wrapped them in wire loom, mounted the plug in the box, and cleaned up the wiring inside the box. I still need to remove the harness that goes to the rear axle and wrap it in some loom and take my final measurements. Here's some pics of what the final kits will look like. The T harness on will look a little cleaner on the rest of the harnesses....

I'm new to the site but have been visiting here and the forums over on DodgeTalk and RamForum for awhile looking for ideas and seeing what everyone is doing to their PWs to make them the ultimate on/off road truck that looks as good as it performs. I'd deff. like to be on the list for one of these harness's. My lockers and sway bar have worked fine so far thankfully but I can deff. see the advantages to being able to use them in 4hi or 2wd. Somehow I managed to luck out and caught this thread right as you got everything buttoned up and started making them to ship. Thanks for all the hard work myoung84!
