'13 PW Max Tire Size

Post by bones » Thu Jan 05, 2023 9:47 am

Anyone still here?

Can anyone confirm the max tire size (for no rubbing) for a stock '13 Laramie PW? Currently running BFG 285-75-17 M/T's but hard to find anything in that size anymore and don't want the OE 285-70-17's. Anyone have experience with 35's and no rub on stock truck?

Offroadtreks has a good article on biggest tires. Many members have had success w 35’s & min. Or no rub. https://www.youtube.com/c/offroadtreks, Hope this helps. Also lots of member feedback on this topic in this thread. Good luck! I run 35’s on my ‘05 w no rub but suspensions changed on the gen 4’s.

Thanks for the info! I had 35x12.5-17's on my 05 as well with no issues. But when I went to a '12 and then a '13, they rubbed a little. Haven't tried anything else but 285-75-17 since but it is soon time to be getting new ones.

They rub at full lock on my 10. If you can metric out a 35x11.50 or even a 12 then it'd clear. I just used a 3/8" spacer.

need mods... too little time and money

2010 black pearl(PXR) on 35s, bypass harness, gooseneck, CAI, 3" magnaflow catback, bulldog hemi GT.... more to come soon
