Leaning truck
I installed a Thuren leveling kit a few years ago with Fox 2.0 shocks. I’ve noticed that the truck is leaning to one side maybe a couple of inches (I haven’t measured it). I originally thought it was just where I had it sitting. It’s a 2007. The truck handles fine and doesn’t pull or anything but now that I’m starting to do a few more upgrades, I’m wondering if I did something wrong when I installed the springs or shocks. Since I recently found this site I figured I’d throw this out to the experts. Thanks

Re: Leaning truck
Leaning a couple of inches seems like a lot...
Get it on a flat surface and take some measurements from the ground to the top of the fender wells front and back. Check your springs for any damage? check the sway bars and the end links... These are kind of obvious things, but it's a start

Re: Leaning truck
No I don’t have the rear shackles. I’ll get a good measurement on level ground and see where I’m really at. Thanks for replying!

Re: Leaning truck
So, it’s 1” lower on the drivers side than the passenger side parked on a level surface.
Re: Leaning truck
Both front & back driver side are 1” lower? You’ve prob checked all this but here are some thoughts,,,,are your ball joints good,,,,air in your shocks,,,,same tire pressures all around,,,are your shocks adjustable,,,,Set the same ,,,worn or damaged shocks,,,broken shock mount,,,top & bottom on shock connections tight,,,,Coils springs,,,,twisted frame,,,me thinks it is suspension related,,,,have had it up on a hoist to look around real good? Good luck

Re: Leaning truck
If you installed Thuren short arms, check your caster settings at the cam bolts. You could have one side sitting tall and the other laying back down low. Even if you didn't change the arms, check them. Also, check your coil springs are sitting nicely in position. Particularly check to top side where it sits in the rubber isolator.

Re: Leaning truck
Also, I check measurement from bottom of rim through center of hub up to the bottom of fender flare. This ensures a vertical line and takes tire pressure out of the equation.
