I am looking to reduce the amount of lift on my truck while keeping my 37 12.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on 17x9.5 wheels with 4.54 backspace and -18 offset. I currently have Thuren 6" coil springs up front with BDS long arms and Carli 6" springs in the rear with Thuren shackles. I looked at the recent Power Wagon kits from both of those companies and doubt that the tires will fit even though Carli says they will. Does anyone know of another kit or have any experience fitting 37's on a 3rd Gen with less lift? Thanks.
Matt

Re: 37" Tires on a 2008 Power Wagon
I know there are some people on here with 37x12.5 on 3rd gens, 3" Thuren coils. Not sure if you can still run the BDS long arm if they were designed for a 6 inch lift. Also. Not sure about that wheel off-set as it effects fender contact. I'm in a '13 4th gen with 37 x 13.5, I'm +22 offset with 17x9. Other than the usual pinch weld trimming I clear pretty well. I get contact on my Thuren short arms and sway bar at full lock due to the 13.5 width. Some acceptable contact in the front wheel wells under extreme articulation. Both me and one of the 3rd gens I know moved the rear axle back 1.5", due to contact with the front of the rear fender wells, while articulating uphill.

I’d ask Thuren. They will respond to emails.
