Is it true that you can get another inch or two of travel on a ZR2 if you take out the bump stops?

That trailer isn't 2900lb dry.

I’m not too worried about the wife’s ZR2, it will be a pavement princes. This does however look like an issue for Chevy.

So, those old Yota's have pretty small frames..and while I've not been looking, I havent ever seen or heard of that type of failure with them, and some of those trucks are driven ridiculously hard, even loaded.

I guess the trucks match the drivers now, not straight...

And yeah, that trailer is most definitely NOT 2900 pounds dry.

I’ve spent the last three days in the wife’s ZR2, and I have to say, I really like this thing. It’s fairly zippy (I’d take an extra 100hp), the seats are pretty comfy, and it rides pretty well. I’m not saying it’s something I’d trade a Power Wagon for, but these really are pretty nice little trucks. Plus the fuel economy with the V-6 is pretty good. It’s not a truck for everyone, but I’m happy to have added it to the fleet.

Thanks for the feedback. It looks like a neat little rig for sure.
