Last time I was in Ontario a local said the same thing about my Wagon on 37s. "Hey buddy that's a cute little truck you got there." I can only imagine what was hiding in the brush back at his place.

Nice Jeep. My dealership just got a Gladiator in the same color. Going to crawl around it and maybe drive it when we go in for service next time.

They are white knuckle sliders now. Gotta represent our title sponsors! Also, putting them on the JL.

I've had a JKUR and now my wagon. Both awesome vehicles to spend all your money on. Jeep is pretty fun because there is such an enormous aftermarket for them. :cash:

We ended up going crazy with the Jeep. Doing a 3.5 inch lift, 37 tires, Ace sliders, skids, exhaust, eventually a new bumper. But in 2021 we sold it to fund some dreams.

It turned out, it was just a stupid car. Well it was INCREDIBLY FUN. BUT STUPID. Let me explain

The reason it was stupid is because it was our only second vehicle. And a Jeep is more of a TOY than a piratical vehicle. And as soon as we had to shuttle kids to private school, and it was winter, we got really annoyed with how cramped the Jeep was.

Where I LOVED the Jeep was this:
2019-07-09_0083.jpg
I thought when I bought the Jeep I wanted to get into harder trails and stuff with the family after all we had done in Moab with the Power Wagon. But the fact is, the POWER WAGON IS MORE STABLE AND MORE COMFORTABLE. Full stop period. I did not like wheeling the Jeep on extreme obstacles.

But cruising back mountain roads and stuff in Idaho with all the doors off, man I fell in love with it. Even trips to the grocery store in the summer with the doors off was fun.

So.... I did another thing recently.

First I bought my wife a new Cadillac Escalade. Now she can't say anything. Then I showed up at home with a 2006 TJ  I wanted a more basic Jeep this time around. Something simpler to work on with my middle daughter who has become a gear head like her dad. And just something to putz around in.
