They don't put the hook on the winch in vehicle-prep my 07 came that way as well. It's the privilege of the new owner to do that, no other vehicle sold in the US has that right of passage. :D

heck I had to have them order the winch control and winch hook because someone took them out of the truck.. They gave me a little bit of a hard time but I pressed and they got me everything and I put the hook on myself. Once i pulled off the lot I vowed the dealer wouldn't touch my truck unless they absolutely have to.

Guys thanks for the comments about the winch hook, and who should do the install...I had the dealer do it, but I thought there was a lot more involved than 60 seconds...I thought I had to bend..bolt....clamp....and bolt again....anyway it's over and on my truck

Last time out on the trails. It's taken us 2 months to recover from that trip. Nothing critical broke on the trail but my exhaust had different ideas and so did my wifes jeep.

For years the BDS long arm lift was just a 4" lift for the power wagon that allowed for 36" tires at a certain backspacing. 37" tires if you're ready to trim. I believe BDS now makes a 6" lift for our trucks.

Yeah, I'm running the 4" lift...I think BDS even makes an 8" now which is friggin crazy
