Best part is that it folds down so you can have use of your bed, and it stays clamped down to the bed rails. It's a nice unit. Highly recommended.

Power Wagon Picture Thread

Post by 2011RPW » Tue Sep 29, 2015 8:47 pm

I took my 20's/35's off last weekend, went to stock wheels and 37" Toyo R/T's. The difference in ride quality is night and day. I couldn't be happier.
I also ditched the eBay headlights and grill, and went back to stockers, but that was after this pic.

Hey all! Been busy wheeling the JK this summer, so I haven't popped on here much. Then this happened.

Still fighting insurance. They're real bastards. So, this past weekend, the oldest phoned me, and told me he'd gotten his learners, and after stewing about not being able to go pick him up and take him driving, cause it was his moms weekend, I said the hell with it, and went off to the high country.

The cliff with the lights is about a 650-700 foot drop. There's an old mine and a ghost town up there. Amazing country! So glad to be close to this stuff. Well, within 4 hours anyways!

Damn, that sucks to hear about your JK, I've just recently put a small extinguisher in my wagon just for that reason. I just hope I can see the fire and react fast enough to have enough extinguisher, otherwise I'm gunna be kicking myself in the ass hard. Awesome photos though, some of those are truly amazing, awesome foreground with the wagon and simply jaw dropping background, wish I had something like that around here to ride and wheel on. And good luck with the build!

Thanks Stickman!! I had that JK nearly done. Luckily for me, my buddies the manager at 4wp, so I got to take back about $5g worth of stuff, and have a credit towards the next build. I'm fortunate to live near enough to this that when I have a weekend without my boys I can go. Love the mountains, and when my boys are adults, I'll move back out this way.

I agree. The truck feels so much better on 37's.

2016 we just got it, got a BedRug (first time using this was always spray in before) and BakFlip on the way, need to level it and get some bigger tires. Was a Raptor owner, which was a great truck, but this is more my speed.

Already taken it on some trails with the wife and kids that we took the Jeep Rubicon on, absolutely amazed at how well this does.

Only complaint I have is the exhaust, I want it to sound like my Challenger 392 SRT.
