2012 drag link adjustment

Anyone have this style drag link connection and or know how to adjust it to center the steering wheel? I’m assuming you loosen the two clamp bolts the. Twist the sleeve like normal?

Yep, loosen the nuts and twist the sleeve.

Is there a torque value on the nuts or is it a calibrated wrist kind of thing. I see they use nylocks.

About 30 Ft. Lbs. should do the trick.
