Hi all,
Well in 2016 I replaced my clutch on my 07, with a Centerforce kit DF440178 at 60,000 miles because of a bad pilot bearing. Got thru Summit.
Fast forward to last week and to 162,000 miles and the Throw out took a crap and wasted everything, so I order a new clutch kit from Summit and today I get a DF066178 kit.
Digging around the internet and found a Centerforce Catalog from 2011, it list this new number as for a 4.7 motor and the older 5.2 and 5.9 Magnum motors. One site says one replaced the original part with the new number.
Anyone else go through this or use the new part number as can't find any different in the listings, although Summit lists both DF440178 is $320.95 vs DF066178 is $408.95.
Regards,
