DYNALOC™ HUBS

Hey, is there anyone in this group running DYNALOC™ HUBS with 2014+ stock wheels? I'm thinking the hubs aren't going to fit without either replacing the stockers or machining them.....
Trying to plan this upgrade out. Need to determine if I want to wait for new wheels or if I can continue with the stockers.

You have a spare PW wheel right? Pull the cap and measure the bore, there should be a bore clearance spec’d by the hub mfg

Well according to this page on their website, the Power Wagon wheels fit!!
https://www.dynatrac.com/downloads/2014 ... ion-V1.pdf
That is, if they are not reffering to the prior Pwer Wagon wheels. Hmmmm.

Did you actually read that, or just get copy paste happy to provide an answer?
That would seem to suggest NO. But my center caps do come out, but the picture posted... ???

Yes, I did read it, did you?
It states right at the bottom of the page “Dynatrac has confirmed fitment of the following wheels”... with “RAM Power Wagon” being first on the list.
Technically, I dont think “RAM” would include the older power wagons... they are “Dodge”
The simply answer would be to call Dynatrac and get a size on the hub (I couldnt find it on their website).
The hole opening on our wheels is only 2 3/4”, so with that alone I would say it wont fit. But, they could easily be opened up to 3 7/8” (maybe even more), without hurting the wheel structurally, which may just be enough.

I'd guess they're talking about the 3G and earlier 4G wheels with the center cap that covers the wheel studs.

Yea, me too... but they did write RAM. Their other literature indicates they wont fit.

Oh golly. I’ll withhold providing the de-facto way to find a solution in the future. It’s too much fun to watch you guys argue over ways that probably won’t work. Too much fun!

Trolling enhances the human experience. Also, nobody got time for measurements. I am lazy. Want spoon feed. Wipe my ass too.

The dynaloc hubs are pretty damn nice, I have a set. They only work on the original long hub free spin kits though, the new shorty free spins don’t have enough internal room to use them. Believe it or not the Yukon hubs are a great alternative that use a simpler mechanism and are hell for stout
