New to me 2007 Power Wagon Owner

Post by Milkeeway » Thu Jun 23, 2022 4:17 pm

I found this forum while browsing and coming across an article for the locker bypass kits. Just joined today. Definitely have some questions and am looking forward to learning more.

My plan for the Power Wagon is to build out an overlanding style rig. Rams aren’t the most popular overlanding trucks so finding parts has been challenging and I foresee a lot of custom work haha.

It came with a 6” lift when I bought it. It’s on 35” Trail Grapplers that have seen better days, but I plan on getting as much out of them as I can.

I ordered the RCI 18” HD Bed Rack, planning on adding the Wraptor 4K 270 Degree Awning shortly after. Trying to troubleshoot some issues with the winch right now. Looking for some more affordable tire carrier options to the tire gate but I like that style. Still a lot of undecided things.

Other than that I’ll be looking through posts here for reliability and performance upgrades, and ideas in general.

6" on 35s!? Dang, these things can run 40s with a 6" so I'd look into 3" coils and getting rid of a block too... I'm assuming you've got stacked blocks in the rear.

needing to do more mods and fab

2010 black pearl(PXR) on 35s, bypass harness, gooseneck, CAI, 3" magnaflow catback, bulldog hemi GT.... more to come soon
