2007 Power Wagon

Post by Powerlinefixer » Tue Feb 11, 2025 4:02 pm

I wasn't looking for a truck, but I couldn't pass this one up. I bought it from the original owner that special ordered it.

I joined a couple other forums, but I'm looking for a forum that's more specific to Power Wagons.

It's a great truck so far.

Welcome to the forum! Looks like you scored a nice one. According to this thread, your truck is 1 of 62 produced in that configuration for the US market for 2007. If you're in Canada, it's even more rare, 1/37.

Congratulations! :patriot:

I don't offroad a bunch. Plus there's no dual mass flywheel with the hemi. Also no MDS with manual transmission. That's why I prefer a manual transmission. My 05 Dakota V8 is a six speed as well.

The problem I'm noticing with the Power Wagon is the torque curve and drive by wire. It's not set up for a manual transmission. The hemi is definitely not cammed for torque.

Congrats on the PW. You got a rare one with the stick. The Hemi doesn't like to lug. It's a rpm motor. Towing with it. Keep it in the higher rpm range.
