Thanks, srry for the late reply. Seems i can only.login on my phone the desktop claims im not confirmed yet which makes nonsense. That's where i normally type in forums.

I ordered the granite crystal color w black 2 tone. The full.monte of level 2, all 360ncamerqs, 12inch screen, harmon kardon upgrade, ram box setup, bedliner and all the adaptive and steering controls, dual alternators which i thought was a must since i use winches a lot andn sunroof. Honoring my late fathers last words to.me of - enjoy life - I ordered every option minus the telematics and engine block heater. is 1 month past due but as of this writing awaiting a call any moment. Apparently the deployable bed step was backordered till end of june and fca apparently wasn't telling me or my dealer that. So lost over 3 weeks with it completed just sitting which was frustrating. Then it took a full week from the time it was supposed to leave and was loaded on rail till it actually even moved.

This is my 1st RAM although have owned several fca products. I just, hesitantly, sold.my 2008 JKU wrangler all listed, winch, 38000 lumens of cree leds, 6 spd manual. I had for 205k. Loved it and considered keeping it as i love no top n doors which is how it was used about 9.months out of the year. Last time i owned a large truck was back in 2004, a f350 crew 8ft bed w 6.0l turbo diesel and was the biggest regret of a purchase ever.

Going to take some getting used to the mirrors on the new PW, if i could change anything it would be to bring them closer to the body of the truck. But like anything else in time will get used to it.

Bought a leftover 2019 on 1st of April for a good deal. On the 16th brought it in for a uconnect recall. Told when I brought it in that there was also a bed step recall, ok take care of that. Next day, go to the dump and notice my bed step is gone WTF! Call and they removed it awaiting replacements. Didn't say anything to me about removing it. Been 2 months, called several times with no update. Stopped by dealer to inquire and they said they should have it later this year. Told them I want the one I paid for back and they tell me it's been sent to FCA. Raise hell as I'm getting tired of flopping belly first on my tailgate every time I need in there on my new truck. Dealer was no help, called FCA and they tell me they won't reimburse for aftermarket as they are releasing the bed steps to the dealers on July 30th. Can't have my old one back, I'm just SOL. New truck, stole the bed step off in first few weeks and I will be out of luck for 3-4 months. Belly flop on the tailgate it is.

Dealer said it was safety issue and they removed them from every truck on the lot at instruction of FCA. If you get called for the recall, avoid it until they have a replacement in hand for you. You may get some of the first batch as yours has yet to be delivered. It's not a back order per se. More a recall with no replacement part as of yet.
