I was thinking the same thing. Saying that, that bumper design has always been at the top of my list.

Welcome! Do you have more pics you can post, especially from straight on. This bumper is giving me bad intentions, but I’d like to see more pics.

Re: New to Board - I'm a steel fabricator
This is the guy who bought the designs/inventory of the guy who built my bumper. Any Kinzer photo's you see, like in my build are the same bumper. But now built by someone who knows what he's doing. So all those issues are resolved.04Ram2500Hemi wrote: ↑Sun Nov 03, 2019 6:53 pmWelcome! Do you have more pics you can post, especially from straight on. Thank you for the response. The OP only has one post, so I’m a little leery of ordering from somebody I don’t know.OffroadTreks wrote: ↑Fri Nov 08, 2019 11:11 amThis is the guy who bought the designs/inventory of the guy who built my bumper. Yeah, none of these guys seem to be good at the "INTERNET"
Ya wanna market and sell those, or just wait around and hope someone stumbles onto it and buys one, lol.

Re: New to Board - I'm a steel fabricator
looks cool but can you put on a light bar setup like what randy ellis lightbar does? I have 4 KC lights I need to mount there and also what about the sensors?

Re: New to Board - I'm a steel fabricator
Here's is a much needed follow-up to this intro from High Country Customs: Eldorado no longer represents High Country Customs.
I am personally on PWR as the marketing and sales director of HCC for these front bumpers. You can read my introduction posted recently on here for more information about this.
These bumpers are produced and on the shelf- ready for purchase on https://www.highcountrycustoms.net/shop
Thanks to OffloadTreks for his support in this transition of the Kinzer front bumper design becoming owned and produced by HCC.
That is correct: the past issues of inadequate welds on the back of the panels has been resolved. These are now welded by professionals who are certified for structural welding in a welding shop with proper gas shielding, and are all inspected by the owner of the company before release. Also, the very long lead-time for production and shipping has been resolved as well. These are now produced in Gypsum Colorado. If anyone has questions about this update feel free to email me at hccoffroad@gmail.com. We look forward to getting these bumpers on your trucks! Thanks
Jsims006- the current design still has 2 4" diameter round ports for lights. If you would like to mount a light bar to the bumper I'd suggest (for off-roading functionality and protection to the light) to mount above the top edge of our bumper. Either purchase our raw metal version and weld tabs to it, or find alternate mounting spots separate from the bumper. I do not believe the Rand Ellis mounting bar will work with our bumper design- It looks as though our design has the winch opening width that that will not work with the width of the Ellis bar, it's wider.

Re: New to Board - I'm a steel fabricator
this sounds great and all but I sent an email to high country customs on sunday. Its thursday and have not head back anything so I hope this is not how customer service is done at that company.

Re: New to Board - I'm a steel fabricator
It took them a few days to get back to me as their main business is other welding projects in that part of CO. Once they got in touch, I set up a time with the owner and drove out to have them install the bumper. They did a really nice job, and I am very pleased with my bumper. I did a write up on my build page a while back. Here's the truck with the new bumper.
