New 2005 Power Wagon Owner
Hey guys!
Excited to find this forum and have a power wagon finally.
Like most I have the following issues:
1. My SERV 4x4 light is on, my RR locker switch blinks fast and never engages and so does my sway bar disconnect.
2. My four wheel drive works and my rear locker seems to work as well. But I don't think the sensor is working to say its locked so the front locker will not engage. What are my options? (I also looked in the smart bar and it appears to be clean with all the pins in the correct place.) Wiring short or break from rear lockers back to front??)

Transfer case position sensor is a good place to start looking.
The lockers and sway bar need to know the truck is in 4LO to work, so a faulty TCPS will throw errors and prevent that stuff from working right.

Here are a couple of possible areas to look at:
1) The rear locker actuator needs replaced it will cause the swaybar disconnect to not engaged because of the error from the rear locker, mine needed replacing here's a link to the post with all the gory details.
2) The front swaybar disconnect might be bad the 2005's sway-bar disconnect's controller is different than the 06-09's I believe the locker electronics are dependant on it and won't work correctly if there are problems.
I had to replace my rear locker actuator, serval other have as well, here is the link to the post on it for reference:

Welcome to the forum.
Glad you get it fixed. And not spend a boat load on it.
