Please add me to the 3g list too. I don't want to be left out.

I thought I was already on the list but I guess not.

I'm going to change my resistor in my locker bypass to fool the system into seeing 4hi so I can use it to get my smart bar to unlock w/o the funky throttle mapping of 4lo. It will also allow me to use 4lo w/o the throttle mapping too. Now with this kit I can use the lockers any time LOL.

Sorry for being scarce lately. I've had a lot going on and now we're trying to get everything done for the kiddos first birthday. I don't have time to even think anymore! I promise to finish the kits I have in the garage for the 4th gens in the near future then dig into the 3rd gens!

I just bought a 2011 PW and I am interested in purchasing the bypass kit. Are these still being made? How much are they?

I'm still here! I feel terrible for the continued delays but it seems like it's just one thing after another. Been dealing with my daughter being constantly sick and getting ear infections. Docs finally agree that something ain't right. I know kids pick up viruses and crap, but her case is a little extreme. Went to the ENT yesterday and they are taking her adenoids and installing tubes in her ears. Glad to finally have an answer and be able to do something for her. We've literately been wiping a chronic snotty nose for the last 10 months straight! I feel terrible that she has to go through all of this crap, but hopefully this quick minor surgery will eliminate all this crap.

So, between that, work, and other miscellaneous personal crap, I have had no time to do anything. Hell, I'm just doing good to keep my lawn mowed. LOL. I promise there will be some forward movement soon. I actually enjoy doing stuff like this so I want to continue building these for the 4th gens and start 3rd gens!

Again, sorry for all the delays!!

Thats great! I know we dealt with the infections for over a year before they finally decided that they need to remove the adenoids and install the drain tubes. The odd thing was that they were glass tubes that were removed a short time later. Took a month before things seemed to stabilize but yea it is so frustrating not being able to give her any real help or relief. I recall the nights for her were the worst! Glad your family is on track for some relief.

Hope everything goes well, my little brother had to have that done also. My bypass is still working flawlessly btw and glad I got one cause my transfer case position sensor went out on a trip and I would have had a hell of time without being able to switch the lockers on with the stock system.

As for the 3rd gen endeavor for your trial needs Jeremy (lastmanalliance) is in Tulsa now and has been having locker issues so if you need a guinea pig I'm sure he'd be willing to let you try it on his '05.

Myoung, that kind of trouble is never fun with a child, especially a young child, really hope it all works out well for you and the family and family always comes first.

It is great to hear you plan on continuing to make the bypass kits. For anybody who is considering one of these kits, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!!!!! Easy to install and works flawlessly!!! I've got a dealer working hard to get me into a 2014 PW and I am really hesitant since my 2011 is set up the way I want it, including the bypass kit. Honestly, now I would have a very hard time going back to the lockers working only in 4low with all the crap of flashing lights, is it engaged, nope not yet, oh yes now it is, wait a sec, now the lights are flashing again, sh!t now I need to clean the sensors and set the gap again!!!

Unfortunately, I will need to be taken off of the 3G list. Growing family meant that I had to go to a Mega Cab. :(

I would take it for a weekend test drive and install your bypass on it to make sure it'll connect up ( I'm pretty sure it would) and then if you do go with a new one just uninstall from your current PW and transfer it over. You'd be the first 2014 with full use of your lockers too!

Thanks, man! As soon as the baby gets here and is all settled in, I'll be starting the work that it will take to get the mega cab to a "near" PW capability! Hopefully by May it will be capable enough to be considered for the PW in Moab trip!
