What did you do to your power wagon today?
I did a search and didn't see a post like this so why not start one.... Today I did an oil change mobile 1 and filter, did the third brake light "fix" (I'll test that tonight when it rains) and rotated the tires and greased the fitting that the dealers don't think exists....what did you guys do?

Re: What did you do to your power wagon today?
Went back to the lake to do the final cutting and removal of a 98year old Oak tree. Loaded the 3ft round 18 inch wide slices onto my trailer with the tractor. To get them off I tied the front slice to a tree (long strap, and then drove forward, First slipped the rear bad, and did not want to mess up Father in-laws land so I locked in the front and rear (Hard wire lockers work so fast!!!!). I had to back into the woods 5 times with no room other than truck and mirrors with trailer...almost got one.
oh yea, today i just went to work, it does it all.....

Re: What did you do to your power wagon today?
I didn't do anything with the truck today, but over the last week I've done a bit of trail driving in the snow. I've attached links to two videos, which aren't overly exciting...but they might at least be interesting to those who are stuck in the office and can't be out 'wheeling. Or you could play them at 10x speed and make it look like I'm really cruising.
There's perhaps a foot of snow on the ground in both videos - I noticed that the differentials were dragging a couple of inches in the snow when I came back out of the trails.
This video is of a local trail I take to an overlook on one of the local rivers, and it was actually a bit of a challenge to get the truck turned around and back out of there. Not a problem in the summer, but in the winter it's hard to keep the truck from trying to slide into the river.
http://youtu.be/w7z1nC2LULk
And this one is one of the local spots I go out in the woods, which I decided to video after I realized that they're planning to log it off. The first 2/3rds of the trail had been destroyed by a bulldozer, in preparation for the logging trucks using it to haul out wood...so I figured I'd better make a recording of the last part, so I'd remember when it had trees. I don't really have anything against logging, as it's a huge part of the local economy and I have relatives that make their living that way...but I do get annoyed when they mess with my 'wheeling spots. But, we've got hundreds of thousands of acres of public land here - so I can always find new spots to go. I guess that gives me an excuse to explore.
http://youtu.be/Pw8kLxtiYcw
BTW, for those folks who wonder why I tend to run over stuff in the trail instead of getting out and moving it, it's because I have some health issues and have a tough time getting out to move stuff. So, sometimes I drive through stuff I probably shouldn't...which explains a large portion of the body damage.

Maybe in the US. Up here in Canada we don't even have lemon laws. They gave me a rental, but it's just not the same...
