What a piece of shit company.

Been 3 months and still don't have a working pcm. Ordered one 3 months ago and it took them 3 weeks to finally ship me one after many emails apologizing for the delay. Then when I get it I instantly get a hard p2311 which I never had before. After changing the coil and spark plugs and checking the wires and so on. I try to return it. They gave me the run around for over a month before the finally authorized a return. They've had it back for 3 weeks now and still claim they are testing it. They don't answer the phone or email so don't bother. I had to go on live chat but get the same scripted responses.

Oh and I had to pay $150 to the dealership to verify the pcm was bad.

So after 3 weeks of having my returned pcm. They tell me its a bad coil driver (no shit) and they are still working on it. How God damn long does it take to fix a pcm. They won't return my money either.

I should have known not to order anything from that liberal shithole New York.
