AEV Procal TPMS non - Android Solution?

Looking to get my TPMS warning corrected. I was going to go with the Alfa OBD2 but I don't have an android device nor am I familiar with them. I have the AEV Procal, it has all the features I need, but obviously without the dealer reset it just reads 35 psi but still the alarm flashes at 60 psi.
I do have my code for the BCM but the dealers so far have been unwilling to perform the procedure in the AEV manual due to "safety concerns." (Same reason they wouldn't turn off my seatbelt chime, but the reflash they did allowed me to )
Any thoughts or other solutions? Or just find a friendly dealer? I'm in Tulsa now so maybe will have more luck than I did in Denver and Houston with dealers.
