Pulsar problems

Thank you for the add hate for this to be my first post. I have a 2018. I bought the pulsar piggy back unit and installed it. Installation went easy. Went to program the tire size and the axle ratio. Pressed program. An error code 35 popped up. Tried a couple more times and same thing. Started the truck and the abs, trailer brake showed needs service, no park sense front or rear and the speedo had 3 dashes. Removed the pulsar and those things stayed. Tried resetting by battery off cables and nothing happened. Took it to the dealer and they said the abs module went out. Has anyone else had this problem. I bought the truck used. I think it may have had a program on it due to the Speedo being close to right with 35s.

I talked to pulsar and they sent me a new unit. I’m skeered to put it on
