Power Wagon Registry

Well today was the day after a long 4 months I finally got my Expedition One Bumpers. They look great on the floor of my garage and hope to get them installed this weekend with the help of my friend Mac.

Will let you all know how it goes and get some pics of the install and final product once installed.

You never seen Peter drive through the woods.

They are pretty heavy compared to stock. Front is about 150. I think with the tire carrier on the back the rear probably is close to that as well.

They are definitely solid. Think I could take down a tree with either.

Mac and I installed them this weekend. Fairly straightforward except for directions for running the factory wiring harness.

Got the rear completely secured and wired this evening. The bitch was relocating the backup camera. Had to take out the tailgate wiring loom and unbundle the camera wire. Wasn't hard just a PITA.

I somehow forgot to get a picture of the front head on. Will do that tomorrow.

Couple of questions.

What's the angle like between the factory roller lead and the bumper opening? Looks like you will have to use a fairlead on the bumper.

And how did you ding the tailgate?

Hard to tell from the picture but it is straight on. They designed the bumper for the Power Wagon. I need to mount the OEM fairlead from Warn on there.

The bump on the back came from my tailgate falling down while the Airstream was connected and I made a tight turn.

Not sure if it was a failure with the tailgate lock or I didn't close it hard enough to lock with the Diamondback closed.

Good news is the tire hides it now and it won't happen again with the gates on but still going to get it fixed at some point.

Where does the tailgate camera relocate to?

In the license plate area. They provide an aluminum bracket.

Looks great! Curious if there were any complications with the sensors. Were they plug and play?

Just that I needed to get the front sensor bezels for the back since they mount in the bumper.

They cut them to fit otherwise.

The only key issue I have right now is where to put my front license plate as virginia requires them.

I may go to a standard warn hawes fairlead instead of the PW one so I can use a behind the fairlead license plate holder. The PW one is too thick.

Update.... I decided to go with an aftermarket hawse fairlead that has a license plate flip up holder that fits with it. Problem solved.

Did those front tow hooks/handles come with it? I can't find any data. If not, can you give me the description/pn# so I can order.
