05 PW #633 Restoration Project

I recently stumbled across Truck #0633 that was in terrible shape..

I picked it up, n I'm gonna get it back to drivable/streetable. Still
has factory wheels, n rocksliders. Winch & craddle are long gone.

I tried to cycle the SmartBar, n Lockers lights kept flashing, never
went to the Locked (Lockers) or Unlocked (Swaybar). I know the
lockers can be hotwired, has anyone figured out how to hotwire
the smartbar? I would like to get everything to work separately.

Thanx,
Rob

Could also be the locker actuator(s). Replaced mine with the rear diff and internals/brgs and I was able to get that operational.

From what I remember the lockers work thru the smartbar..
I'm prolly wrong, I wanted a way to hotwire all 3 separately..

Everything goes through the smartbar module. Long as you have lights on in the locker switch. You can use the locker bypass that Retired BLM sells here. If no lights on the switch. Then you have to hot wire the lockers. The same with the swaybar switch. If the smartbar module lost power to it, or in it. And you have no lights on the switch. Then it's hot wire everything.
