2016 noisy rear suspension

Hi all,
I’m new to my PW, I have a thumping noise in my rear suspension under my back seats. Almost sounds like a suspension arm rubber is worn?? Only 67,000 on the truck. I could not find anything loose, normal?? Or is it the large rubber bushings??

Is the elastic strap that secures the fold out cargo floor under the back seat snapped down?

There's just enough room for it to move and make a thumping noise when going over a bump if not.
