just bragging. Pretty cool to be able to flip the switch and lock the diffs without even trying.
Just sitting in my driveway, 2wd, engine off (ignition on), flip the switch, spin the front driveline by hand a half turn and locked solid.
The quality of the new kit is awesome. still need to mount the control box and the safety switch but wanted to test

You won't be disappointed. The quality is outstanding.
I would say that's the best part of PWR. Not just the quality of the forum and input, but the vendors too. Locker bypass, Thuren's suspension, White Knuckle sliders all some of the nicest products I have ever purchased.

Finished the bypass install. The front was clicking a bit so did adjust it. Installed the safety bypass next to the fuse box (since I don't anticipate using it much, just if I lent the truck out.)
Testing out worked as advertised. Unfortunately got a little close to a fence post while was ascending an icy slope. Had to use the winch to pull it away

Well, I was messing around in high range figuring wheel speed was the key to snow/ice. whoops.

So despite me being a dumbass and getting stuck against a fence in a ditch and denting my bed...
The bypass works awesome. The LSD in these trucks is pretty solid but some ice/snow versus pavement tests showed how well a locker helps. I couldn't move in 2wd. 2wd lock just idled ahead. Multiple times.
doughnuts go much better too.
also, full lock in 4Hi is pretty sweet as there is no ability to hold a gear in the autos so High Range is essentially the same as a 3rd gear low range start.
And, most importantly. Turn the dial, the lockers lock. The way they are supposed to. I like this. very much.

I've had a bypass for almost three years and never accidentally turned on the lockers. An on/off switch seems pretty much pointless.
Also, after a year my bypass relays started clicking and I had to readjust them.

Cant wait to get one. 2200.00 for a bypass seems high though .....

				2200? 450.
Switch is just if you lend it out. I never had an issue with my arb in my other truck but my Chevy people got confused just with 4 wd buttons.

It's the adjustment it describes for the lights. Just turn the screw slightly clockwise.

There's three more. Ready for Summer! (The BFG's have the snow flake rating, so more options for Colorado chain laws) Toyo's will be the summer tire!

I am working on installing the kit on my 2017. To mount the control box the air box and the air box mount to the inner fender needs to be removed.
How do you get the air box assembly out of the way to mount the control box to the fender? I can see the top two bolts but I can’t see how you remove the bolts on the bottom.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
