Trackbar install questions

Got my Thuren control arms, shocks, and coils in. Oddly enough, both rear upper arm bolts came out without cutting or moving the exhaust. Coils went in nice, though I fought with the shocks a bit, mostly because once they extend they're a pita to deal with lol. So I got my trackbar adjusted and tightened and my alignment of the ends isn't perfect. I swear I checked and it was good, but the final torque must have twisted it a touch. I think it will be fine, when it's in, there appears to be quite a bit of room/play before it would bind. But I tried to loosen it to adjust and apparently the torque and drop of loctite worked because I couldn't loosen it if I tried. I suppose if I have to change it, I'll have to cut the nut off, but hopefully no sign of death wobble this way! Think I'll be fine if the heim is a few degrees off of parallel with the frame eye?
Second, I didn't see how the "flag nut" was sitting on the back of the axle mount when I removed the trackbar bolt. It just dropped. I got the new one in and it threads right against the back of the bracket. There's really not enough room to put a wrench on it. Does the "flag" portion of that nut just spin and tighten up against the bracket or coil mount while you torque the bolt? Or do you have to have a wrench on both the nut and bolt? Hope that makes sense.
